villages of Silkstone and Silkstone Common in South Yorkshire, England. Please

avoid misunderstanding, it may be worth mentioning that the terms 'Parish' and
'Parish Council' refer to the local administrative district, and have no direct
connection with the Church. Please see the section on the Parish Council for more information on what it is
and does.

Parish Newsletter
The
latest edition of the Parish Newsletter can be viewed by clicking here. The newsletter is
an Adobe Acrobat PDF file and requires a free Acrobat Reader, which can be
downloaded from the Internet. The file is quite large, 4.1 MB, which will take
1 to 2 minutes to download over a broadband connection.
